I've just taken the night-train to Toulouse. It was a rather slow train, but I did hit it lucky by not getting on the American-built train pictured here. The French borrow odd things. The 'S. N. C. F.' marquee there does indicate that this is a French government train, driven by hard-working Frenchmen.
